Website upgrade

Please note that our website is now running on version 3 of the platform OJS-PKP. This involves a number of cosmetic and navigation changes, notably on the Homepage, in the About section, and in the article viewer.

Following this upgrade, the Journal complies with the new CrossRef DOI display guidelines.
